Future Hybrid Working Model
Hybrid Working Model
Helping organisations collaborate and share best practice on the people, technical and real-estate implications and the business issues on how people will work in the future
COVID-19 has ushered in a transition from the traditional office working model to remote working. As highlighted by the scoping study, in many cases, employee’s productivity has remained unchanged whilst saving time and money.
Therefore, as office working becomes feasible again, will the workplace return to a traditional five-day office working model, remain remote or become a hybrid?
This project seeks to identify cross sector solutions on how to manage this seismic transition, sharing key strategic information amongst members about the future of the workplace to help develop a standardised approach to mutual benefit.

Scoping Study
Setting out the purpose and objectives for the Resilience in Design Forum
Over the last quarter of 2020, Resilience in Design (RiD) has enacted a scoping study, interviewing employees instrumental in resilience and crisis management across the founding members of the organisation.
This is to understand the most urgent threats to each company, identify where resilience could be improved and begin shaping future workstreams that can benefit members.
In line with RiD’s ethos, the scoping study took place under a theme of collaboration and Chatham house rules, culminating in a workshop as well as compiled document of information highlighting the overlapping cross sector issues each company faces.
